When O&R Precision was founded in 1977, the guiding principle was simple: “Satisfy the Customer”. In over 35 years, that hasn’t changed. O&R is now housed in a modern climate-controlled facility multiple times the size of the original facility. The company started with modest equipment. Today, O&R is constantly expanding and updating our equipment inventory with new, state-of-the-art machinery that is among the most advanced available, allowing their highly-skilled toolmakers to hold tighter tolerances and achieve better surface finishes. At the outset, products were limited to replacement tooling. Today, O&R produces a variety of products, including tooling and gauging for the consumer electronics, medical device, industrial machinery, aerospace, and construction industries.
